fuel flow can be the Quaddie..or the pump

a new needle and seat is a good idea..and while you are there make sure you set the float height as per the manual (the float brass or phenolic should be set the same)

then see if u have a flow problem

check float level or needle and seat
    when you have it apart

if they are ok..and it still happens
there are a cupla tricks to sorta increasing the
volume of the fuel bowl...which will keep it happy
remember a Quaddie can keep a 454ci happy at full noiz

tell me the good oil o quadie king pardon the pun just realised the tank was a bit low fuel gauge is not a full noise friend for to long or might need to go for a 160 thou needle and seat just dropped primary jets down to 71 seems to make more low down hps and hold for a few lenths longer

rear metering rods are dp's might be a touch to big the specs say it only needs around 450 cfm to make peek hp do you think straight up and down rear butterfly's need to be backed off a bit

you know where the fuel line screws into the front of the carb and there is that big boss type fitting??? unscrew that and have a look at the whimpy size hole for fuel supply hole there, surly enlarging that HAS to be a supply benifit
if a little knowledge is a dangerous thing then I have enough to seriously hurt myself

    and use an external one
