Default 355 with standard efi manifold

Hey guys, Im planning a rebuild of my 20yearold 355 in my vn commodore. An engine builder i talked to stated i should still get decent power with the standard bannana manifold. Do any of you guys know how much power I could squeeze out of a 355 combo with the standard manifold?

    Cheers, Andrew
