Pay sixty grand for it and have to spend another forty five tidying it up.
Personally I wouldn't give them six grand for it but some idiot will end up paying way too much.

That's an expensive pair of door handles because that's about all I see that might be usable.
Maybe the rear quarters are packed with bags of coke.Last edited by JaseQ314; 08-01-2021 at 07:20 PM. Reason: Fixing poor english.

Trying to make money from something just because it's old has reached new lows.

$79k is realistic for what it is, maybe more compared to the crossbreed (or mongrel, whatever you call a dog not purebred) 4 door GTS above but 300!
Nice car but it cost me only a little more in 2007 to build a 46 square two story house with double garage on 880sq meter block.
$215k house $83k land. I know where my investment dollar would go every time.

Not that I think for a minute that HDT is worth anywhere near $300K but what you paid for house and land in 2007 isn't really a fair comparison. How much would that cost now, I'd think you wouldn't even get land for than now? In 2021 $300K would be little more than a deposit for an average house in Sydney or Melbourne. An 850sqm block in the outer suburbs of Sydney would likely fetch $700K +. This is the cheapest block I could find in Sydney, $365K for for 275.5spm.
To be fair it is $300K NZ so who knows how that compares to NZ real estate, I'd still be surprised if you could buy anything in an NZ city for $300K though.Last edited by hq308; 10-01-2021 at 11:57 AM. Reason: Puntuation

... never heard of them failing (the catch that is) but anyhow maybe a way to open it, is to push the plastic pin (which acts as the RH pivot) back into the glovebox itself (from under the dash)...
