Sound deadener
Hey guys , I’m planning to install dynamat through the cabin of my car. Can it be laid over the factory black sound deadener that’s there ? Or do I have to remove it and lay the dynamat onto the metal directly?

Hi
Depends on what the OEM sound deadner is made of . First try a small test area then clean the factory deadener with wax and grease remover/or mild detergent and dry . Trial a 300mm x 300mm piece.
