Really, who have you tried? a quick google search popped up hundreds of suppliers that can provide a manifold for a 454. I'm not an expert per se on 1991 454's is there something uniquely special about that engine that year ? BBC intake manifolds are preety common and short deck BBC which the 454 is (unless you have a tall deck) is nothing unusual.

I think the issue might be the spreadbore carb requirement, Edelbrock do a Performer for oval port heads with a spreadbore pad but the 91 is likely a rectangle port.

those heads werent really the best anyway, i'm pretty sure Edelbrock did 100cc alloy head for them as well.

I think I have an Edelbrock Performer here to suit Mk 4 oval ports, not sure if it is square or spreadbore. I'll have a look tomorrow.

Thanks to you all for your comments and help! yeah the problem is that standard they are a 2 barrel throttle inlet manifold. Have attached photos. Seems things changed in 1991. Mine is a 1991 4 Bolt GenV motor-10114182 and Manufactured in June on the 13th. F131 coded. F in this code is the month, January is A, February B and so on and the 13 in the number is the day on which it was made. It is definitely oval port looking at it. Happy to use an adaptor to get it to marry up to a spreadbore holley 800cfm. These engines sit pretty high under the hood in a one tonner but not too worried as I'm cutting a hole in the hood for a nice bug catcher I have already. Each manifold I've googled when I read the details they say up to 1991...........still confused454 inlet manifold top.jpg454 top.jpg

If it's oval port you should be able to use an Edelbrock 2161. You may just need to block off the egr ports on the heads.
