Ran it up on the dyno today..

8th run haha. The 2nd run is the horrible red line you see.

Happy with the final figures. Enough trouble for the street

From memory thats a fair bit better than when you first got it. Plenty more to be had if you ever decide to upgrade it.

The original run is on the sheet. The awful red line haha.

I'll definitely be going bigger and better.

Plans involve a roller cam in the near future. Maybe stack injection 😂

Yeah I saw that car sitting in the panel shop at Nairne when mine was about to go in. Kinda funny they had two white HQ Premiers in around the same time...

Obviously the cam ran in with no dramas. I'll be starting my sbc soon and running that damn flat tappet cam in worries me.

Worried me a little too. Especially when we didn't get it to fire straight away.
Somehow had the dizzy 180 out. Was a late night Haha.

I had fresh mineral oil in, and the crane break in lube.
    Not an issue

Running in a cam is a piece of piss. The only problem I worry about is the amount of heat it generates in the engine bay.

We trickled water over the radiator from the very start. Kept the temp under 200f

I sort of mean how hot the pipes get if you have a fresh painted engine bay.

haha dude I've seen you running the Adelaide Hills when you've been in SA - oddly enough the times I have passed you I have been in the family car.

It's funny you say they under quoted as for the work I had done I think they are a little on the pricey side, that being said the work is good. Just their work always takes double the time what they tell you.

I use the Low Tow guy next door too for my Pontiac. He's not bad. See him at a lot of swap meets.

I'm always in SA haha. Live in Mt Barker.

Drive a little black golf gti as a daily.

Was for insurance and they quoted 8ish.
Took it back to Melbourne and quote was close to 20k... Haha.
