    Default 3554me's VK355

    Hi everyone ,thought I'd share my ride with you guys .

    Its a factory 308 4speed VK which is now a
    355
    2 speed
    b/w diff
    mildly ported vn heads
    288 crane cam
    b/w 4:1

    Ive only had 2 runs with this combo but I'm going back out soon

    Yeah I assembled and tuned the engine it could've done with more fuel on the
    10.8 run so I'm keen to go back

    I sprayed it in my garage , it's had more hits than Michael Jackson I should've kept
    a VH shell I had bought but I already put the cage in the VK oh well .
    Yes smaller cam I lost a lobe off the other one but it still ran 10.70 with worn
    lobes it would've gone faster with more time spent on it I'll be going back to that cam
    later on after I get this one faster !

    Thanks RedTaxi , it really is basic just a well matched combo

    Heads flow 540hp
    1 5/8 Tri y's twin 3in dumped at diff with mufflers
    4800/5000 8inch converter
    26x10 drag slicks
    Harrop intake only has the walls matched floor is high roof is low
    No plenum porting

    Idles a bit high, redlines a bit low, AFR looks close

    I think that pic was part of the cam run in lol

    Idles 1250rpm and 7000rpm shift point and trap rpm is 69XX

    WOW, This car is awesome.
    Running great numbers too. I'd be keen on any more photo's or videos you have. (that FB video didn't work for me)
