Default Converting back to an HQ front?

I know second post in two days but you guys were real helpful with the other question I figured I'd ask this here, so what is involved in swapping what I'm assuming was swapped by a previous owner from HQ front to an HJ front, I've always prefered the HQ front and was probably going to swap it anyway at some point, but now its actually an HQ I figure do it now or at least soon, so whats involved in swapping it back? I know guards, bonnet, nose cone and support, but what else, I've heard to swap it to an HJ/X/Z you need to modify the shell, is this true or what? in that case what would I need to change/modify to get it back to original?
    thanks

Hi certain you only need to change bonnet, nose cone, front bumper (as HQ had indicators in the bumper) and the grill, as the raised section of the HJ bonnet is wider than the HQ bonnet, depending if the previous owner changed out the cowl panels the bonnet lines may not match up. Guards i am sure are the same.

Whole front clip and cowl panel for bonnet lines.

It depends how bogged up the cowl is but the job is about 10 bolts.

As already stated the main issue is the cowl. Do the fold lines line up with the HJ bonnet? If they do you'll first have to work out if it's been bogged up (remove bog to hopefully find original HQ lines) or if they've fitted a later cowl (would need to be replaced. Even still you could still physically put a HQ front back on but the fold lines won't match.

Guards are different to match up to the different shaped front panel.
