    Default WB 4.2 4 speed

    Hi all

Does anyone know whether WB utes with bench seat came with option of 4sp manual in the 4.2L? Looking at buying one and current owner doesnt know whether 4 on the floor is original. Bench seat looks standard (no cut out near gearstick) and stick looks 'original' but their is no boot at the base of the gearstick only a rubber square - probably replaced with new floor covers. it's a 1980/81 model

Yep, I had a WB ute, 253 4-speed with a bench seat about 15 years ago.

Originally came from Young, not too far from you.

    Cheers.
