Did you have the heads reco’d?
If you have had the seats cut be careful you don’t accidentally give them a touch up with the burr.

11:1 is nothing to sneeze at. And there is nothing lazy about porting. It takes a loooooooooonnggg time. Lol

Dont port them, where there is a ridge where the seat cutter has gone blend that into the port and the short turn and call it good... Were they stock 1.94 valves?

Do the same to the exhaust port, dont bother doing much else, dont worry about getting them flowed just do that and plonk them on...

Yeah, you dont even have to make it look pretty.. They are good heads, best thing Holden ever done the VN head revision.. You'll get 250-260CFM out of them doing hardly nothing with a 1.94 valve you have a 2.02 which you dont even need...

Here is a 1.94 valve of mine, past the guide into the port they arent touched..

So when blending are you just smoothing out or trying to get a better line of sight to the port entry so to speak

Just blend in where the cutter has left a sharp edge...
