Default Starting issue vp V8 (NOT V6)

Hey all. Left the ignition on for a loooooong time only to see the prolite still on in the dash...after tea(i was rushed- again). If the car doesnt prime the fuel pump all of a sudden on ign then what am i looking at? New dizzy and as new module and primed before fine before cooking the bejeezus out of everything. Ill check the relay again but pretty sure its not clicking. About to changeover a few relays but CAN THE HALL EFFECT OR THE IGNITION MODULE crap itself? The coil had to be replaced due to heatsink melting out and emptying it of oil....
One step forward two steps back.

I'd start with the fuel pump relay. The signal to prime the pump comes from the pcm.

I can add a pcm wiring diagram when I get home tonight if you want a copy.

The diagram is different but I believe it basically shows the same thing.
