    Have been dealing with the epic mixture of outback dirt and trans/engine oil. Sticks to absolutely everything and sets bloody hard. Ive got alot of hours on the gerni and the wirewheel/flapper disc ahead of me. But it'll all get a nice dulux resto so the local inspector see's nice shiny bits and hope that takes his attention away from other bodgy bits

    Cleaned up the trimatic so I can get it ready for a new home, and took what seemed like 8 paint jobs off the TH350. Changing the tail housing so it matches the length of my Coan box, will only need 1 tailshaft then, and did the maths for the required speedo drive gears so those are on the way

    It made 657 @ 7300. This was with a come racing tunnel ram, EFI on Avgas. I got the motor as a long block, so there will be some setup changes before it comes to life again. Im going to go with a single plane (Harrop or Pro Paw, not sure which will work better but I have both) topped with a single carb, running on E85.

    If some is good, surely more is better right? Haha!

    Im told in a sub-400cube, ~3200lb car this box will tolerate up to 800hp. They probably wont be friends, but they'll get along for the sake of the family type deal. There seem to be a few ~700hp bracket cars using a TH350 these days which gives me hope, and this motor was mated to a TH350 in its previous life

    If I man up and put some spray on later, i'll need to look at other options.

    Yes I can...

    Crane 286 Hydraulic

    Solid roller probably 264/272 109LSA .750/.700 lift If its around 12.5 compression. Just from looking at pictures lol...

    From all accounts I can find it appeaes to be the 'single pipe' oil mod. I'll be honest I havent torn anything apart yet to see the extent.
