    You tried putting more jet in the secondaries?

    You know if I stopped on the road and tried to add secondary squirters, it'd fall down the carb for sure...

    Would also try the 31 in primary and 35 secondary.

    Keep in mind that going bigger shooters doesn’t mean richer. Accelerator pump shot will always deliver the same amount of fuel. Going bigger shooters just means it’s delivered quicker ‘but’ for a shorter amount of time (duration). What you’ll find is if you go too big it will launch then fall on its face because you just used up the shot. Balancing duration is what to aim for. Pump cams change the ‘rate’ or how the shot is delivered. Hope this makes sense.

    Primary side was a prick but got lucky, the jetting was done on the dyno so didn’t want to touch it

    Threaded the damn squirter bolt (f&#k) so $70 later with a 12/28 helicoil kit and a hollow high flow bolt fixed again, what crap design the slots make the thread real weak

    Not game to flip the pink cam over?
    Try in no 2 hole first and check acc pump.

    One misconception with the cam is falling flat... the pink cam lobe is on for ~ 60* of throttle rotation... not likely.

    Ended up with 31 primary 35 secondaries and cam on no.2 will need to test drive hopefully tomorrow night and let you guys know

    Still does it so gonna try a .40 in the rear just to see the difference, wonder if it actually needed to take pump out? Can anyone with similar engine tell me what sizes they are running just to compare?

    I run 40 squirters front and rear, pink cam flipped over but it's a 353 cube though.

    Watching/listening to that video at the track...didn't sound like it's too far off the mark.
    More gear and stall will help.

    40 on both wow and if you just floor it what happens? If I flip the cam which hole do I use?

    I'm not recommending you use 40 squirters, in fact i would be looking at a 650 carb for yours.

    That in car video of you flooring the pedal...sounds like too much air for the engine and acc' pump adjustment is not quite right.
    Does it backfire at all?

    Iirc, only 1 hole lines up on the flipped cam.

    Dont wanna sound like a broken record. But Id still try the 28s. Pump cams back in No.1 position.
