    Dont match the manifold exactly to the port runner on an engine unless you know EXACTLY what you are doing ..

    intake work complete, owner wanted the rocker cover breathers deleted so we made some valley baffles for the intake to use with -10 fittings to a catch can, niloc nuts were used then the exposed threads were glued to prevent nuts coming loose




    rockers fitted and lash set ready for intake







    rubber rocker cover gaskets glued to the heads with contact cement to keep them in place as these can be a pain in the butt




    for this engine the owner specified ARP black oxide timing cover and water pump bolts as well as the intake manifold, no intake bolts were available in black so these cap screw will be used in the meantime

    Not sure, been able to see everything including the first 2 manifold shots, but they have gone now as well.........

    What is the contact cement you speak of Pete.....for the rocker cover gaskets?
    What brand of gasket..ACL?
    Been having troubles with mine lately

    I glue my gaskets to the tappet covers aswell saves drama trying to line it all up
