Mate, if you trace them down would be awesome if you could email them.
Failing that I will buy gmh Hz service manual, Gregory's manual doesn't have any diagrams.

    Default Huh?

I'm building a new HZ and was looking for info on changing the heater core with air conditioning and my old manual I've had for twenty years explained how to do it, then added that instructions were for non air conditioning models only.. and that was all. No help if you had air con. Changed heater core, fixed all sponge on flaps etc made a beautiful heat shield for engine bay then smashed a hole in engine bay box. Right then I realised roller rockers and factory air doesn't work. Hope if anyone else reads this and doesn't end wasting a heap of time and money (heater core). Got a vintage air system to go in now and I can remove my passenger rocker cover again if need be.

That sounds weird, the clearance won't be great but it should be enough for a tall cover and still get it on and off.

    Hi
The factory air evaporater box gets smashed by dick...d mechanics . Why when u remove either trans or engine the engine is rocked forwards and backwards. The valve cover then hits the A/C box . Easy fix take the passenger valve cover off.

There were a few compressor mount and drive brackets for the sanden 508
1X CONVERSION BRACKET Black A6 compressor to 508
1x conversion bracket with adjustable idler

    By modern standards
Old Aircon kits are worth little . WHY because most of the refrigeration parts cannot be reused .
    SERVICE ITEMS
    All flex hoses
    receiver drier
    TX valve
    Thermostat

Inspect and replace as needed NB PERFORMANCE/// Leaks need to be considered
Condensors have old oil and it might be burnt flush and pressure test
Compressor flush change oil pressure test
    evaporator flush pressure test

NB old factory fridgidaire evaps are useless and outdated . There fin design is not for R134a gas

I don't know how your set up fits but my rocker cover was so hard into the air con box the back nut couldn't even be seen.. once I have the vintage air in all this will seem like a distant memory..

No that's in my old HZ ute, no way it would fit in the Torana (it barely clears the brake booster, and that bolt is well and truly hidden).

    Hi
The reason why at least Holden intergrated air is installed in factory. This applies to HQ-z and maybe other s eg Toranas

HQ -Z Factory air is far easier to install with engine out and LHF guard removed . [ Once vehicle is onroad ]

In the factory the aircon was installed when the body shell had NOTHING fitted to it . The AC parts were some of the first body fitted parts B4 any other interior parts.

The engine and transmission chassis was either rolled into front of body shell
    OR
engine trans chassis were raised up from underneath
