Been there done that. I remember getting charged to dial in a cam when i was getting a block macined. Was itemised on the invoice..only problem was they were 6 inch rods and a standard base circle cam. Rod bolts hit the cam and it would not turn over. How the f... can you dial a cam in if the engine don't turn over...other than that i have dealt with worse..unfortunately..

I think you could do a lot worse than spend your money there. I guess that is a vote for them..

    ... over the years
just about every speed/engine/hipo workshop in Melbourne
has copped criticism from someone unhappy
MI, Andre, Harrop, saliba, Comp Engines, Pavtek
the 308 shop.. someone has felt hard done by and
rightly (or wrongly) mouthed off to their mates
... don't use these guys, you will get ripped off.

Some are renowned... I got stitched up by Hume Performance
on a Quaddie core reco back in the late 80s, as did a few
others I know. The reco leaked more fuel ON the engine
    than in it.

It really is once bitten twice shy... and one good reason
why I build all my own stuff (from Quaddies to diffs)

    HI agreed

Still have to bored honed decked balanced etc
Yes I am considering at least doing the [filing] rings and checking crank clearances .
really trying to get peoples positive experiences about Duggan
Been in business along time so must be at least average

Its funny that Comp Cams advertise custom cams no xtra charge. Some Ozzy businesses charge a surcharge . Many refuse even on a high dollar order to get a custom cam.
Many unless its on there computer screens say its unavailable . Some business places will give u 3 prices for the same part.
That's my bitch`n out the way

Camtech dont, I just picked what lobes I wanted and the LSA, and the advance ground on the pin and they do it for me price is same... If you want a custom cam by which I mean you just pick lobes from the comp catalog call Performance wholesale in Brisbane its cheaper than going thru comp yourself because they dont have an affordable shipping option to Australia... Comp have the most extensive lobe selection out of anyone, so just download the lobe master catalog and pick stuff out, much better than relying on some company for a 'custom' ...
