    Well rained out from work today, so going to sit down and work out what i need for fuel system, will be doing it properly from the start, so it will handle big hp when i am ready to upgrade combo. Need to get in and change sump over on engine and dummy fit engine & box. Finding time atm is hard....

    Was looking to upgrade cam but will get it setup & sorted with the current combo, 233/233 with almost .600 lift, this combo will also be on the spray, 100/150 shot of nitrous, the 823 heads will be copping ARP Headstuds.

    Looking at ordering/buying a 9inch to suit hq before xmas, will get the engine in the engine stand this weekend & swap sump & pickup and then drop engine in the bay for its first initial dummy up.... Got next years calender for local 1/8th mile drag strip, plenty of racing in 2018 so getting keen. Goal is to be registered & on track in March........

    Well finally got to spend a hour on the project tonight, got the l77 off the floor and onto the engine stand, pulled the rocker covers & checked out the valve train. Has Brand new valve springs but they will be upgraded for doubles and arp head studs. Pulled the vf sump off and pickup. Dummied up my rod shop hq sump. Working flat out all week & saturday but hoping to sit it in sunday.

    Spent 2 hours in the shed tonight after work, swapped over oil pickups, cleaned sump and block surface before i installed new gasket & sump. Bolted up sweet, got engine mounts out and bolted them up. They are a very nice product, got the engine lifter out and got the engine all dummied in & bolted up to position, Tomorrow night i will try an get the extractors bolted up and see where i can move the proportional valve & lines. Slowly chipping along at it myself when i can, learning lots and getting good advice off good people!!!

    Any one on here got photos of there fuel system set up??? Looking at ordering all fuel system components, convertor, alternator & starter motor & id1000 injectors, get it all fitted up and dummied over xmas and start on the wirring. Goal is to have it running late January, will be leaving the old banga diff in it atm, so once it is running it can be driveable to finish exhaust ststem etc off while i build a 9 inch. Then hopfully banging low 11 second passes early march. See how we go

    Eventually i would love to, if i can get the time off work.

    Going to get into this rig next week and get engine and box all mounted up and fitted, with extractors etc. Then i can start to cut holes and look at fitting & wirring up ecu.

    Spent 30 minutes on it today and pulled out the left over 6 cylinder gear... Underneath needs a very good clean.

    Will update this post later, looking for some advice, need some front rims, currently running 15 x 8.5 street pro rears with 255 x 60 x15, looking at ordering some 15 inch fronts, what size and back space every one running 15 x 6 x ??? And what size tyre 215?

    I like the look of 15x4s with 165s on the front seems to make the steering a bit lighter also and Iím pretty sure they only do 2in backspace in street pros
