Thanks Hagget. I've ordered new rotors which come with bearings, nuts and pins from Kingswood Country. So hopefully stopping wont cause me any issues !!!!!

Pretty happy at the moment. Got my boot floor on the weekend. Now have to remove the old one, trim up the new one and install it and the body should be ready for blasting.

Pics of my new boot floor.

Looking good so far mate, do it once and do it right and you'll be set for decades to come.

Found the first one on good old Gumtree. The one with the boot we needed we found through a lot of searching. Driving around the countryside looking for cars in yards, behind sheds, under trees. After all the looking the one we found was only a couple of k's from home !!!! What parts are you after. I still have some bits floating around.

Got lucky with a break in the weather on Saturday. So was able to get my chassis, radiator support and suspension bits. dustless blasted. Then primed them in etch.

The rotisserie got finished and we mounted the body on it. Now to finish welding it up, clean up the welds then blast and paint the underbody.

Had a good weekend with some good weather. The car saw sunlight for the first time in about 10 years. Pulled it out of the shed and dustless blasted it under and over. Then gave it a coat of etch primer.

G'day, can you explain this "dustless" blasting you mentioned. Did you do it yourself or send it out? I need to do about 12 wheels that have been paint stripped but have about 5% of the paint left on them.

Hey mate. It does the same job as sand/media blasting. But its a mix of recycled glass and water. The water keeps the media together so it doesn't plume after it hits the car / object, it just drops to the ground. The operator doesn't need a respirator to operate it. The guy who's done mine is mobile so he comes to you.

Hey there. Does the water not make it rust up straight away?
