oh yeah im a member already really hard to digest until i get my laptop and start spending some time on tunerpro so im only picking up bits and peices as im going.
all my wiring and 1/2 stainless lines run along way from much heat but as my tuner showed me yesterday after wiring in wideband to ECU its only reading 11.5 volts so im now going to supply power to wideband via separate relay. Both my pumps run of one relay, intank/primer pump is original surf v6 jobbie with 1/2 pickup feeding surge tank then 044 feeding injectors could this be too much and draining power once warmed up????if at temp would make any differance.
If anything injectors are set with lower fuel pressure as we originally set pressure on reg when it was first started then after messing around with injectors realised pressure had changed.
One good thing out of all this is i didnt have any other meltdowns so my heatsheilding and wrap seemed to work cept for one lead.
its interesting your pump doesnt hold pressure i wonder if this is standard for bosch or similar pumps

Mine was diesel previously and I must have gone through 20 fuel filters untill i finaly got sick of it and pulled the tank out and flushed it and used a handfull of nuts and bolts shaking around to get the scale and rust from the tank. It could clog a new filter within 10km from home and used to keep a few spares in the ute all the time. good now though, ut also had a it of trouble with clogged filters in the injector tops.

its just a 2" reverse cowl scoop from alpha motorsport if you look closely you can see where ive had to slice it to follow the profile of the bonnet which i hope i can just glass over it

How much cab lift did you need to fit the dump.? was any cutting needed in the passenger foot well/firewall to fit it? Your running the 700 so you must have at least 50mm lift ?

Hey bulldogs yeah 2" lift no cutting involved even managed to have a heatsheild follow the firewall down on brackets but it is tight the best way for me was to just cut up a whole heap of wedges on the saw at 10degrees or whatever then i could make bends rotate or change profile once all taked up i purge welded the whole lot
it's stays pretty cool cooler than the old extractors after it was all wrapped
I bet your hangin out for the postman to come!!
This will be good to watch

OK small update finally found my issues with dropping cylinders whole lot was wired incorect and was losing power to ECU injectors and coil as it got hotter it got worse anyway now running separate relay to ECU and wideband and my sparky(would be f@#$ed without him) sorted it all out.Now pullin 10lb @ 12.1a/f with a whole heap of gearbox slippage and flaring so cant keep the foot into it but it feels real strong and this is without getting any timing into it!!! OH yeah also got MODPLATE for turbo V8,WRX seats, 33 inch tyres all under NCOP rules. Next step is gearbox?Do i go the V8bulldogs rebuild on a T700 or go for a manual conversion either r151 or maybe 4.2 patrol box (which would be cheaper version)anyway last drive on weekend burnt the lead on NO 6 so still gotta sort these issues but ill get to bottom of this with differant lead lengths.
