    Thanks mate,

I know what you mean, the rear was a simple choice as it removed the ugly seal & I knew I'd scratch the paint putting it one somehow lol fingers crossed you get the chance to knock of some the items on your list

I'd love a picture, I might have to buy a new one to get it right before doing it..... If I decide to, but I like the Chrome surrounds so it might have to be a blend of both?!?!?

Im really hoping to get a heap done over the christmas holidays, but with kids and stuff we'll see how far i get.. Ive done a little of late but nothing quite worth updating my thread over.

The first issue i had with using an original front screen was that where the roof peaks in the middle the profile of the original screen didnt follow, it sat higher. i can get a photo if you would like. Maybe that will be different with different screen manufacturers but i dont have alot of screens to check against. Second issue is i wont know if a replacement screen will fit the opening as well as the original.

So as much as id like to do it im still not sold on doing it as i want to drive it alot, if it was a pure show car id do it in a heartbeat.

Strength, with just the outer frame & only a corner joint. I'd be worried over time (with flexing) it might start to crack & I can't help but go over board lol.

Great work as always Andy. Like the way you've routed the heater and AC hoses. Was hoping to come up with a slightly neater way to route the heater and AC hoses in my relatively standard engine bay lol.

I think I've changed my mind on using the factory AC in mine. Just checked out a mates car with a vintage air unit installed...so much neater and simpler than the factory unit. Did you have much trouble getting yours under the dash?

Hi Mate, unfortunately not.. I moved house & currently getting new shed shorted, taking way longer than I expected

She's sitting in the garage waiting for her new home.. So close to the end & the hand brake is on I've been trying not to think about it or I'll get more frustrated lol

    This is mine mate

All you have to do is cut a little bit out of your glove box
And i ended up using the glovebox as a MSD box mount

Can see the Vintage air unit in behind it

I feel your pain Andy...progress on mine has been excruciatingly slow this year. Hope you get the new shed sorted soon mate.

Thanks mate, do you have any photos showing the piping from the inside? Sorry to hijack your thread Andy.

That's what happens when you have too much spare time on your hands.
