    Some of the rust includes;

    What the guy said is that it needs for blue slip is;
    A front Tyre ( has a bubble)
    Muffler
    Rear shackle rubbers
    New tailgate (the inside is shot) i'll get some more pics later
    Both floor pans (there rusted out)
    New seats (plan to get bucket seats, if anyone could point me in a direction of Wb seat runners in NSW or a place that posts them that would be great)
    Horn
    Rust in the firewall near the booster needs to be patched up

    But it will be a slow process, mum doesn't want me working on it majorly until i finish my HSC exams

    Have you checked up under the dash to see if the inner cowl/plenum is rusted. Don't want to put a downer on you getting a new car but if the firewall is rusted like that I think your inner cowl will be too

    You will have to take out the dash if you want to cut & weld, my wiper arm is seized so will have to do the same. Can always go from the top if your going to repair the cowl

    Does anyone know how to fit a new fan belt without taking out the radiator?

    Taking the radiator out is a 5min job, as far as I remember there's to clip things at the top and undo the hoses and it'll lift straight out, depending on your shroud if you've got one, there the same as commodores
