    Oxy hammer welding has it's down falls too, I'm using the oxy for the majority of my build and it's really tricky for spots that you can't get a dolly behind to hammer it back up to stretch the shrinkage where a heap of single MIG tacks wouldn't shrink it as much... but in the case of your roof the Oxy probably would have been a good option.

    Hah its pretty fresh at the moment!! Frost on th e cars in the morn... I have been keeping me eyes open for a pot belly for the shed, but at the moment its two pairs of trackpants and a lot of tea.... I actually got frostbite on my backside sitting on the concrete last winter...

    Hahaha that sounds like down here in Tassie!! Rocking out the slippers in the shed to keep my feet warm! I'd have frost on my steel caps here I recon! Lol Love firing up the oxy to thaw out! :P

    you should build one from some brake drums. easy to do and chep. mine belts the heat out

    if you can get hold of an old water service or a 90l gas tank or something then you should look into building a waste oil heater, i made one out of a garbage can once and it was a cracker but only lasted 12 months. heaps of plans on the net. You can burn waste oil or diesel in them. No mess, no ash and once you get them burning right you really cant smell them at all.

    Im sending a set of wheels through Choppaweeza, he seems like a decent bloke and his prices are good, ill feed back on how it all goes, definately looking like a cheap option to ship form the US if your not in a big hurry

    Got any sort of plans or anything for one mate.
