Default Behind the sticks of my homemade plane

Built this plane with the kids over the last few afternoons. Most fun I've had in a while.

LOL, bigger field, less trees and by the looks, you need to consume a couple of cold ones before flight to steady those nerves

Yeah, I need something. It's harder to fly than it looks.

That one was supposed to be for hovering and 3d stunts. Not real learner friendly.

Im going in to bunnings after to get some more coreflute and aluminium c chanel to make another one but instead of the QHOR, I might make the "Big ugly hell on rails" (Buhor) it longer and has wider wings. If i make a bit of a dihedral in the wing it might float upright by itself with the fuselage weight below the wing.

Hobbyking australia has real cheap servos and motors etc and looks like guys are using stolen rum and beer signs to make the wings. Lol.

Website called spadtothebone has all the free plans.

LOL, bigger is better is obviously a mantra in your household

    Height and speed = bounce

It needs more grunt so you can just hand it off the propeller instead of it stalling and coming back down to earth like it did......
