New revised reproduction E49 camshaft good choice for mild 265 build?
Hey guys.
Looking for some advice for a street cam for a mild / moderate preformance build on a 265 in a CL regal. It's no muscle car but I want to get the best out of this motor for street cruising.
The Crow cams #6703 revised E49 cams specs 232/232 479 lift 110 LSA?
Or possibly the Crow Cam # 6686 with 224/224 duration .507 lift and 108 LSA
Or Crow # 6770 214/226 510 lift and 111 LSA
Or Hemi265.com "hot street performance cam" 226/230 with 510 lift at 10:1 compression..?
Once I choose the right cam I can work out the rest of the build to suit accordingly. ie best carb, best intake best compression etc and what stall to use with my bw 35 box - maybe 2500 stall??
Thanks for any advice.Last edited by Adam76; 10-10-2016 at 01:45 AM.

Years ago when I played with these things the best street cam I found was a Crow 619, had 226/23? @ 050 on 110.
JMHO.
