    The throttle body butterflies are designed to be at a certain angle at wide open throttle to ensure the quickest acceleration rate.

    Its not about being contrary but you are trying to use something in a manner it wasnt designed to be used. I wish you the best of luck with it....

    That sounds like something you just made up. I've yet to come across any kind of throttle where the plate doesn't simply rotate through a 90 degree arc from the perpendicular. You're honestly making a mountain out of molehill here. When it's on the dyno, just note the throttle opening after which the engine stops developing power. Spend five minutes adjusting the linkage to limit the throttle opening to that amount. Go for a WOT strap around the block. Compare to how it went with the full 2000 cfm. If no different then leave it at that.

    CO is a product of incomplete combustion ie: tune, the easiest and cheapest of all emissions to fix and 4.5% is generous.

    HC is unburnt fuel, related completely to tune.

    You guys can argue over why and how.

    I'm happy to disagree on ring seal being the cause of high CO levels.

    Not particularly concerned with the adr's and crap,...i would love to know who did those HQ heads?

    Hmmm 330cfm out of HQ heads...thatís mad (or just bullshit) or they are 330hp heads
