    Default 600hp ls1

1/2 hardline to and from the bay. Alternatively -10 or -8 Teflon braid.

I always thought the e85 044 pumps were only approved for a certain number of hours.

    As above

1/2" (-8an) feed and return, the aeroflow hardline is cheap (cheaper than teflon per meter) and does the trick. If its EFI get the feed line split into two to feed the rails before the regulator. Fuel would enter rails directly supplied from pumps then unused fuel exits rails out the front into the reg, Return out the bottom. If carby you'll need a decent regulator to bring pressure down from those 044's.

If you're not using the car a lot the pumps will be fine. Good maintenance would be pickling the fuel system after each use (drain and fill with unleaded, cap at each end), but plenty of people dont. VP meth lube helps with the fuel, as does lucas/nulon e85 fuel treatment. Cap your vent if you want to leave fuel in the tank for a while without draining.

thought id dig this thread up as its been a while since i have updated the slow process lo,
i have made up my mind i will be going twin turbo set up ls1,
ill cut to the chase and i know many here will not like this, due to family commitments and my new business venture
the sle project has been pushed aside for a while but now id like to get stuck into it,

i plan to use Chinese turbo's on a stock fresh ls1 engine, i do plan to up grade the turbo's down the track, which will be the only down fall of the build as the rest of the car will be set up properly,
i will be fabricating the manifolds in house along with all pipe work required,
my question would be what Chinese turbo's to pick as i am not familiar with this whole boost thing,
its just a experiment for me and i will be building better combo down the track, just want to drive this car again lol

Hi paulzig twin is what I want,
I want to avoid coming back and changing
All the plumbing down the track,,
    Only changes that will happen
Is a forged 6.0 engine and upgrade the turbo’s on a later date.

I look forward to plenty of pics and updates. I have big plans for my VC also. Where are you going to mount turbos and what style of cooler(s)?
