Default VH SLE (Air Conditioning Mods)

Has anyone with there early model commodore mounted there air condition condensor lower down along the engine and/or even changed there pulleys to a serpentine type style if possible ?

Wanting to neaten up my engine bay (air conditioner condensor, etc but without going the expensive Vintage Air route)

Are any of these more effecient, blow out cooler air but use less power, etc

use the VR/VS EFI engine style with compressor down low.. drivers side with its own short belt
bracketry is a bolt on.. plus you need the hoses & pulley to match (VH is simple, should not be an issue)

Does the VR/VS EFI style stick just up above the alternator ?

So the VR/VS bracketry is a director bolt on ? (assuming I will need new hoses made up to suit and a different a/c compressor pulley to still suit the VH style of belts ?

Is the VR/VS a/c compressor more efficient as in draw on power, etc ?

And is both v6 and v8 the same brackets or just use the v8 a/c brackets and a/c compressor but get new a/c hoses made up ?

V8 bracket only and make some new hoses, quite simple to do.
