I'm not 100% on the year, but looking at those rear view mirrors on the guards and the suspect mazda badge on the grill I'd say that is a:

well after googling this roadpacer i came up with the same phot. so a dircet answer for year is not possible except to say between 1975 and 1977. take a look at this website http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mazda_Roadpacer
