Question newe wheels

hi there all im wanting to put cv8 monaro wheels on my hz style side ute what is the easiest way of changing stud patterns all round would a hopper stopper break kit suffice??

sorry looks like i posted my Q in the wrong place!! hello all im re building a hz style side currently im the third owner the money pit is partially painted in shangi mica red 2003 holden colour currently runs a mild 253 but have a great 350 block sitting on the shed floor love holden hate ford( except for a few classics HO'S COUPE'S) but yeh since the missus said 'them wheels look nice, put them on??' im running with it!!
