Last year victoria had 4000 cars turn up. Not bad heh.

Its the biggest cruise Ive ever been on. Ausralia wide they raised $112,000.

Its organised by street commodores but theres lots of other cars.

Just pulled this off the calder park website.....

Seat Belts / Harnesses:
Vehicles running 11.99 or slower require a minimum quick release 3 point lap sash seatbelt complying with the current Australian Standard.

Vehicles running 11.98 sec or 110 mph or quicker require a minimum quick release 4 point harness complying with the current Australian Standard.

4 point harness??? Are they serious! I know its all about safety of the drivers I just dont know where to put the 4th point. Maybe i'll open the ashtray in the back of my bench seat, tuck it in and shut the lid.!

The rule mentioned above has always been around just not really enforced, now that they are under a new manager, rules may actually get enforced. Besides it for your own safety.

I wouldn't be suprised. I have been living with Calder and Bob Jane for all of my adult life and nothing suprises me.
