Default Latrobe Valley Street Machine Club - Now has club rego

The Latrobe Valley Street Machine Club now has the ability to issue club rego for members. We are fortunate enough to have some dedicated members who secured the deal for us.

Meetings held every fortnight at the Twin City Archery club (great venue!), Toners Lane in Morwell, 7.30pm.

Meeting tonight (23/7/08).

It costs around $100 a year. And the restrictions of usage have been relaxed to the point where is says you can drive the car anytime "for the good of the car". Eg blowing the cobwebs out.

Not a bad deal for a weekender.

To get on board you need to join our club, and attend a certain amount of events per year. The car needs to be inspected by either myself or another member who works for Vic Roads to be elligable.

can we get away with some outlandish mods or does it have to be basically roadworthy by toyota camry standards?

If you are thinking about your HJ, I reckon it would sail through! We would get a bit nervous about rusty old shitters or cars that haven't been built weill. But your car should be fine.
