You'll have to get it shortened, but you'll need an Engineer's report anyway for the ULP and to make sure all VN pollution equipment is in place. Get yourself an early WB Statesman gearbox crossmember and it's almost a straight bolt in using the 253's sump, pickup, dipstick and engine mount adapters. See if you can have a chat with Dr Terry at Bebco in Sydney too. When I was there this week he had a HQ coupe with the same conversion (basically the same setup as a wagon), and to make the conversion easy fuel wise he'd put a VN 6cyl fuel tank under the back, fits easy just needs longer booker rod at the front. If you get the right one it'll have an in tank pump. See if you can get him to send you a picture of the tank and the TH350 crossmember with the VN engine and TH700R4.
