Well its now 2010 so let's see your new shots.
I took my new 50mm lense out last night with no flash and no tripod... this was the results...
Heaps of police out... we got pulled up but only verbally hassled and let off.

It's better to shut your mouth and appear stupid . . . than to open it and remove any doubt!

Nice shots, is the red VL Calais min tubbed, just looks like the wheels sit under a fair amount ?
some great shots here guys!! like em alot - BEEB!!! why didnt you tell me about your grampians visit??!!?? i drove right by it 4 times in my holidays, i need an excuse to go there
looks like some good places you visited, shame the water is low, waterfalls wouldn't have been running too hard? love the last macro shot
Ah bugger, sorry mate, didn't know you were heading by...
It was absolutely awesome up there, and the weather couldn't've been better. Definitely worth seeing too - do "The Pinnicle" walk if you go, it's fairly challenging but well worth the effort once you get to the top.
My first and second shots are on the way up there, then the third is just below it. The lookout at the top looks out across the valley seen on the right of Pic 3. Freaking insane how high up you are. If not that, go for the joy of driving back down the mountain () - good fun but look out for wildlife. I was puttering down and still nearly walloped an Emu of all things!!!
Oh, and the falls were running pretty well up there surprisingly, there was some overnight rain that boosted them while we were there.
