    Default Buick V6 and NOS?

    Hey people..
how do you think my standard vn v6 will handle a 300hp nos kit? can i buy smaller nozzles so its only something like 150hp?
i found a really cheap nos kit, and cheap is good :P..
i have a standard diff and gearbox, but if i got a nos kit theyd be upgraded.

    thanks, mick.

100HP on stocko engines is about the limit of safety.
Don't brag till you've done it.

just wondering is it legal to have a NOS setup on ya car, while driving off the track (street driving)?

i think you can have the setup in the car, but definitely not any tank hooked up to the setup, if that makes any sense.

That is correct - it may be installed, but it is illegal to have the tank connected to the lines on the street.

PS - The Holden V6 is not a Buick V6. It is based on the Buick V6, but it is not a Buick motor. Buick heads & manifold do not interchange on our V6.

i beg to differ... i got defect for having my set up on my vn. bottle was not hooked up. i thought the same but i was wrong. tried to fight it but its in black and white paper that no fittings of a nitrous system can be fitted to a car whatsoever. i learnt my lesson being defected twice

queensland is a bit behind in the rules concerning nitrous.

    currently the law states
nitrous oxide equipment may not be fitted to a vehicle

that includes any part of the system.
    sucks, that
