Can probably manage either mate, but would prefer after 6pm or so if it could work for you, I can hold it for you if you want. Just so you know the motor is also missing it's water temp and oil press sensors, as i had to scavenge them for my new motor.

na dont hold it for me mate, if someone else wants it first, than it wasn't meant for me.
if its still around in a week, ill take it.

thats cool, im after an engine to learn with, strip back, learn each part as it comes off, and put it all back together etc.

what condition was the auto in? the one in my ute has just decided to have a fatal haemorage. What suburb are you in? Would you be hame on Sunday?

I'm in Brunswick, Melb. The auto would work but it's not great. It occasionally jumps from 1st to 3rd (common for tired tri-matics i believe) if you back of the gas at a ceratin RPM or drops out of gear very occasionaly in very tight corners (only if you're throwing it around). It could probably be fixed with a service and an adjusment of the vacuum modulator i'd guess, tho i'm no expert. But was running ok.
