HQ 10bolt for sale.3.08gears.good condition.with brakes(no drums though).handbrake cable.28spline axles.need new bearings on them.pick up from hawkesbury area.WILL NOT HAVE MOUNTS. taking them off to put on another diff im putting into my HD holden,they are old holden mounts anyway and not HQ.was going to use the 10bolt but was going to work out alot dearer than expected to cut down.new axles etc

How much have you been quoted to cut it down? I had mine shortend for what I thought was a good price.

no,open centre.i was quoted 1200,but thats for new axles because you cant respline these ones,300 an axle.move mounts,mini spool.that was without getting new gears aswell..ended up going a borgwarner,cut down axles,cut down housing and mini spool.500-600bucks

Ouch! That's a bit dear to mod a 10 bolt! I paid $450 to have mine shortend 2" either side with new axles at Aussie diffs.
