Default got my little coupe out on the track this weekend

well got the coupe running and took it to the nostalgia nats at avon park in strattford upon avon this weekend and after some dipping of toes into the 13`s and a bit of fiddleing my best runs were 12.7@102.mph..and 12.8 @107mph with some more to come (i hope lol)so im well chuffed then drove the 120 miles back home

im not really into rods but i dont mind that one, i like your carby spacer :-) nice times too what combination are you running?

the motor is a 302 cleveland with 400 2v heads roller rockers ,mild cam
keith black flat top hypr pistons on standard rods and crank,6/71v blower ,2 600 edelbrock`s onto a c4 and a ford 8 inch with 2,88 gears in it so it can scoot on up the motorway

That is seriously nice, the B model has always been a favourite of mine.

Nice 5 window. You should change your diff gears even for a weekend. With a bit of playing, some sticky tyres and some diff gears you could almost see an 11 second pass!

hi mate the motors still got loads left in it and the driver is very rusty need to bring him back upto speed as well
