Default Need help badly

I have got a VH Sl/E and i dont know how to put the head unit I bought in. The bloke at stathfield said I had to pull the whole dash off or something. A step by step guide would be extremely appreciated. It is a sony head unit.
Thanks

to be perfectly honest you dont need to remove the whole dash but most early comondores a pain as there is bugger all room because of the heater unit behind the stereo arpeture ( sp) .

if you bought the head unit new from strathfield i would recomend that you get them to install it so that way if anything ever goes wrong with it it will be covered by warranty..

easy escape route for the manufacture's on warranty claims...

installed by a non qualified technician = NO warranty

installed by qualified (well define qualified at strathfield) = warranty.
