Hey,
I want to install new speakers, I own a VU Series II Ute... Now I know how to change the front speakers, my problem is getting access to them, how do I get rid of that mesh so that I can get into the speakers and detatch them?

im pretty sure you must take off the whole door trim buddy..if not.you got me stumped, but i'd take it you'd have to take the whole trim off anyway to run the wires to it.

yeah I wont do it because I wont be able to get the door to fit back on properly. It happened with the family car and now there is a massive gap between the trim n the window.

yeah... but i really dont want to risk it. Like when ever i fiddle around with my car something bad always seems to happen you know? But Im getting amp, sub, and head deck put in hopefully after christmas so i will get autobarn to put the speakers in while they are doing the other stuff at the same time.
