Hey guys,
I have just hooked up my pioneer head unit in my car and it doesnt seem to getting any power, it just doesnt want to turn on. Ive tested the connection with one of those pen light things and all wires on both the car and head unit seem to be working. Also none of the fuses are broken. So anyone no wats wrong and how i can fix it. I really dont want to take it down to auto barn and pay 80$ for them to do it Cheers |

Most / some decks have a reset button under the removable face which may need to be pressed when power is applied for the first time.
Do you have a multimeter available - the pen lights wont distinguish the difference between 8 and 12 volts which can be enough for the deck not to power up. |
