Default popping when turning off stereo

what the hell causes this and how do i fix it? I know it won't **** the speakers, but its just annoying...

Dunno> I had the same problem on a shitty sound4 system 10 years ago. That would have been the unit i would say but today car audio equipment is much more advanced.


Someone out there must have had the same problem?

make sure its earthed properly and check speaker wire for crossing and replace any with broken plastic. make sure any xtra wires off the head unit r sealed off same for the connected ones. also try and have the speaker bases raised off any metal.
