Default Can I buy a CD player that doesn't loop?

Hello
I'd like to put a new CD player in my car - but I don't want one which simply goes on to play itself endlessly. I want a machine that plays one CD once and stops. That's it. I've had a Blaupunkt Digital looper and found it's inability to stop naturally a pain in the pipe. I want to choose what I listen to every time, and I hate snapping music off (particularly that I choose to listen to) halfway through, so I have to wait until the end of a song to stab at some button to pop the CD out.
I've thought of getting a computer's CD player and somehow rigging that up, but don't really have the knowhow - perhaps there is a way to unprogramme the loop antifeature on a good quality head unit - any ideas?

I suppose it is pedantic if you're happy to listen to music of low enough value to merely act as a kind of audio wallpaper product. I don't think "random play" is necessarily a step forward in listening pleasure either and wonder how many people would really find pleasure watching randomly cut scenes from, say, Blazing Saddles, The (original) Italian Job, Citizen Kane and The Cook, The Thief, His Wife and her Lover, but there it is, quite possible, however undesirable. What's wrong with accepting that music too is very often best listened to as one experience at a time? At least when auto reverse cassettes were leading the car audio industry there was a clunking noise to direct your attention to the end of the side of a tape without directing your attention from the business of driving - and I also seem to remember that more than one player only reversed once to give you one album at a time. CDs are so efficient that you have to concentrate on the stereo more than the driving if you don't want to cheapen the listening experience. It's quite possible that, along with Random play, there is a button on any number of CD players that simply stops a performance at it's end - and stackers do not.

Thanks - I'll find out more about them. Had one in a Blaupunkt digital head unit and didn't ever use it. They have a little chip instead of a disc, don't they? At the moment I'm having the original eurovox radio cassette refurbished and may just stick with that and an upgraded amplifier rather than the oe 35 watt jobbie. Front door speakers look like being Focal 4 inch with an old pair of 6 inch Sound 4 two way speakers (rated at 40 watts and 30 watts max respectively) down the back to start off. I dug up an old Pioneer graphic equalizer booster from the bowels of the shed but was suprised to find it only produces 15 +15 watts! Would a 150 or 200 watt amplifier suit my needs, do you think?
Plan B is to pop in a couple of JBL 7x5 inch speakers to the rear should the Sound 4's really show themselves up in the quality stakes. As this is an ex-Hearse, they are a looong way back. Another alternative is to put another pair of 4inch speakers in the rear doors (I've a spare pair of padded trims so they would look factory and / or fit an under-seat sub... which are also now unfashionable, apparently.

my mp3 just runs a mp3 disc that i burn on my computer. of course, i only burn songs from my collection of cds. also plays normal cds.

on the speakers and amplifier, i'm buggered if i know.
i'm not really into LOUD music in my car. just a bit of decent quality and volume.
the JBLs will really improve your listening experience over sound 4s though
