What side of the car have you got the RCA's and wires running down?

make sure all the power cables are run down one side, and the rca's down the other side.

your remote although usually comes down with an rca should be run with the power cable.. you can buy noise suppressors for about $50-$100 that will kill line noise like that.

could you of just had your stereo up pretty loud for 3 months?
or could just be the wiring insulation not really working to well anymore

i'd put my money on a nasty earth in ILITR8's case and in stato's case i'd put my money on punishment from god for listening to AM radio. in all seriousness though it's probably just a little gremlin in your system.. you know what auto electrics can be like....

better late then never.

and your all wrong.

there is a little capacitor connected onto the side of you distributor, all different sizes shapes, colours etc but its there.

when that fry's which they do. you can hear your engine revving thru your stereo system, which will intur n **** everything as it is sending bizzare waves.

cost you all of a few bucks to fix.

and i may be wrong too, you may have a shit connection
