well because your on your P's you get double demirit points

You get 4 normally, so you'll cop 8. Dont know how long that equates to length of time you lose your license, but it will extend the amount of time your going to have to spend on red P's before graduating.

double demirits i something they brought in to ruin P platers, basically if your on your P's you get double the amount of derimit point a full licence driver would get for the same offence.

Dont know how this helps, but seeing as you'll lose you licence anyway for such a speeding offence i dont think it matters how many demerit points you lose

how many demerit points to you get on your red p's? in QLD you only get 4 pts which would mean if you ignored a dont turn right sign (very easy to do on coronation road with all those red x's every where) you loose your license. normally a 2 pt fine. thats a bit rough if you ask me.
