iv been meaning to ask, whats the limit for "engine" Would CAI or Ignition be legal?

CAI would be OK but ignition could be considered a modification. Who'd know except a die hard engine fanatic. The biggest problem I could imagine would be the EPA. Once you start changing things, emissions change etc.
