Unhappy Please Can You Help Me V8's And L & P Plate's What Are The Rules

Hello i am new to this and am not sure if it is ok to post a new thred here of this sort. I have my L's and have been told by a few people of diffrent things about being and not being able to drive a V8 as a learner and probation driver, would you be able to help me clear this up and understanbd this as we have a 2004 V8 landcruiser 100 series wagon and have been told i am not able to drive it, I live in Western Australia and a bit stuck on this subject at hand....

PLEASE CAN YOU HELP!

i have a feeling that you are allowed.
from what i believe, WA is pretty damn loose on this subject, compared to Vic & NSW
i'm sure we have a few young WA members on here driving cars with V8's

Doc or some of the western members may be able to go into more details.

Thanks it's much apreciated i am going into our local cop shop on tuesday to find out but i was hopeing i didn't have to if i can find out here

in sa there is no law against L & P plate drivers driving cars with any amount of power (providing there road worthy), and in wa im 99% sure same goes for there too.

Yeah thanks i got hold of our local police station and a nice police officer helped me, he told me that there is no law yet with L's & P's driving V6 & V8 cars so it's all good thank you for your reply's on this 1
