Hi, my name is Michael, and i am from 'Brisbane Commodore Car Club'. We would like to open an invite for you guys to come along to a 'HOLDEN v FORD' dyno to be held on the 12-10-08. The day of the 'Big Race' (Bathurst)

WHERE: B.E.S.T Performance, u5/10 Jijaws St Sumner Park

WHEN: Sunday, 12th October 2008

TIME: 9:00am until when ever finished

COST: Price is $60 for 3 runs, which also includes a free BBQ for entrants (spectators have to pay for BBQ).


HOW TO PAY: You can either pay directly to B.E.S.T Performance (at the address above, ask for James) or you can pay directly to us in person. PM me for more details.

MEETING POINTS: TBA

Of course, since this is Bathurst, we will have a Plasma screen TV there showing the big race, so no one misses out. Plus we will have a BBQ and drinks for sale on the day aswell.

There will be four catagories in which people can run, with a limited number of spots available in each catagory. And of course, entries will be limited only to 'Holden Commodores' and 'Ford Falcons' (or varients).

So if you think you have what it takes, then register your interest, with details of your car, and we will go from there.

The four catagories currently sorted are below. Once entrants have paid, there details will be added below the catagory they are entered into. Catagories will be upgraded when they are finalised

(Forced induction indicates super charger, turbo charger, and nitrous. If running nitrous, it is your responsibility to let the organisers know, otherwise you may be disqualified from the event, and no refund will be given.)

We will also be doing a mini show & shine on the day.

Entrants spots are limited to 10 per catagory to begin with. Maybe more if there in enough interest.

The dyno is a 'Mainline' 2-wheel drive 1000hp dyno.

if we let toranas in for that reason, then we haev to let skylines in, we have to let minis in, and other stuff, adn then it just aint the same.

as kev (drunk kev) has posted up, he is giving away a prepaid spot on the dyno to some one. all you have to do is answer all of the above 10 questions correct, and you go into the draw to win the spot. but remember, you have to get them all correct, so put those thinking caps on, and think out side the square
