Hey all.
Thought I would start a new thead advertising the cruise to the pro-street shootout on the 28th of June.

we are planning to meet at Harvey Norman car park in Aspley at 10:30 am for the northsiders and hopefully some sunny coasters, and meeting up with the southerners at around 11 -11:30 am at the maccas carpark at Goodna.

please post a reply if you are keen on cruising down as a group.

this will be a cruise, not a race, that is what we are going to see!!

Yeah if you're thinking of cruising to the PowerPlay from Aspley via Goodna to pick up dambevan, you might want to think about leaving a bit earlier...

Gates open at 6am and the first cruise session is on track from 8am. I've listed the program below so you can plan your day...

loudmouth has his dates wrong... I usually marshal at the powerplay, but I am away on holidays this year dammit!!
so, dambevan, would love to catch up, pro068 will be at the maccas and hopefully pumba will be too, we will have to see who else shows on the day. be good to see another HQ mate, we can make it the Q cruise to the drags!!

i am pretty keen to go, but ill have to see what happens closer to the date... i was looking into entering, but i think ill wait until i have some more power first lol

getting closer to taking the coupe!!!
ordered the suspension today and put a kit through the 465 to get it going. will put the suspension in on my second week of hols and will have hardwares carb by then with a kit through that.
will also put the 3.36 diff in and it's party time!!!

Racing from 6pm till late...

Hope this sort of helps... My dates are correct but I did mis-understand the date you were referring to which was the shootout of course... (slaps forehead)

It will be good to see all the boys again...
