Events: Cruising, Powerskids, Drifting, Drags/Off-street Racing, Burnouts, Dyno Shootout, Show n' Shine, World Record Attempt: Longest Powerskid, Miss Powercruise, Adult Entertainment

Held at Australia's best known drag racing venue, Powercruise is fastly expanding and becoming one of Australia's most popular car shows. The events held in Sydney and Queensland are by far the biggest shows currently being held. This year in QLD, Victor and Ben are expected to make an entrance on the burnout pad, and John Canull is expected to rival them on the pad usinga 500 cube blown and injected burnout playa. Mad Ron will be there this trime, with his jet powered bike and truck and will likely wipe out the smoke blowing contest, and if there was a award for generating heat, Mad Ron would be the only one in the league. Apparently a jet powered trackor pulling machine is being organised, but there is no guarenteed at this stage, it will be powered by 4 jet engines. Which means maybe Mad Ron will have some competition after all.

Anybody from AussieV8 who wants a good photo of their car, can you please PM me before 9:00pm on Tuesday the 4th (Tomorrow), and I will go out of my way to get some shots of you're treasure

Include the following in the PM please,
Registration Number, Car Year, Model, Make and Colour

Those entering the burnout competition & powerskids will have their photos taken regardless, sorry to bump, I just want people to have this opportunity.

wish you were doin it last time, i got top 5 burnout comp and not one good pic/video of my car.

im not in this year i had money problems and car is sittin same as it was 2 months ago!!

No biggie! Powercruise QLD (Weekend Event not 1-Day) is one of the planned events for 2008, so feel free to come along then, i'm not leaving the motorsport photography any decade soon, i love it too much.

was a good day i spent there got to go for a few rides on track and see some nice cars.

only saw my old vh for about 2 minutes while we were in the shuttle bus.
