Default simple for a guru

hey guys i was wondering if someone could simply put a white strip around my tyres on my car so i can see if white walls will look any good before i pay the money to have it done. Thanks to anyone who can do it, i tried in paint with the brush but it looked silly

i only wanted 19's but they couldnt get the ones i wanted so i settled for these...looks better than the other ones though heh
